I am still sooo sore! On Monday's I go to an adult cheer class, it's where old cheerleaders come and tumble for an hour. I worked muscles I forgot I had! So today I went for a short run. I am still not wanting to push my foot. I am working on a post about my injury, it's just getting lengthy. After I did my run I looked on Pinterest for an arm workout. I know I know!! What did we do before Pinterest??
